How we work

Nothing is booked without your approval.

The seven steps

  1. 1

    A first conversation

By e-mail or video call: your dates, your traditions, your guests, your journey.

  2. 2

    Your written proposal

Itineraries of 7, 10 or 15 days, a budget by area, our book of experiences and your choice sheet.

  3. 3

Come and see, if you wish

A visit to Marrakech for the venues and the tastings.

  4. 4

    Signature

A contract, every agreement in writing.

  5. 5

    Twelve months of preparation

Your pandit sets the muhurat; we build everything around it.

  6. 6

    The days

Our team on site from five days before.

  7. 7

    After

    Your memories, our thanks.

Questions

What families ask us first

Can we have a sacred fire?
Yes. Its place and conditions are confirmed in writing by the venue before any quote.
Can the groom arrive on horseback?
Yes, on our conditions: a horse used to crowds, its handler, a vet, a rehearsal. A vintage car takes over if the ground is slippery.
Can you guarantee strict Jain food?
Yes, in the wedding kitchen. On excursions, a Jain basket prepared by that kitchen.
Will alcohol be served?
Only if your family wishes, and only where the venue holds the licence.
Can we bring our own pandit, planner or caterer?
Yes. For the caterer, within the venue’s rules.
When is the best season?
Generally between November and March, when Marrakech is mild; your pandit sets the dates within the auspicious windows.
How early should we start?
Twelve months is comfortable.
Do you show prices?
No. Every wedding is composed for one family, so we never publish a price. You receive a written proposal after our first conversation.
Can guests stay longer?
Yes: see Morocco.
Who will be with us on the days?
Our team, on site from five days before the first ceremony.
